Please review all photos and let us know if you have any questions. We buy and sell from estate sales, some of our own items and also auctions. With new auction items, we try our best to make sure they are in working order. We will inform you of any imperfections. We are a smoke free home and we will mention if the item smells of smoke or any other odors.
Shipping & Handling
Your item will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your cleared payment. If you think there is a better USPS or UPS option, I am open to adding a different service. If you’re out of the US we will only ship with USPS Priority service that has tracking. I realize that shipping can be expensive, but I prefer to have tracking on the item for both of our protection. If you don’t care for the Global Shipping option, please be aware of the shipping options prior to bidding. Unfortunately, we haven’t had the best of luck shipping to Asia and Russia, so I am unable to ship to those locations. Your item will be package with the upmost care. I sometimes recycle boxes and padding, but only if they are in good condition.
Free shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories.
Payments
Please try to make your payment within 48 hours after the auction ends. I am a very understanding seller. If you think you may have to make the payment later, please contact me ahead of bidding. Also, if you decide you don’t want the item, just say you changed your mind, we would prefer to be able to list the item again and move on.
Refunds and Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 business days.The item must be returned in the same unopened condition (if this applies) you received it, and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact me for details on how to return your item.
In case of a defective product, outside of the mentioned defects,  I will refund you 100% and cover all shipping return shipping costs.
