WE ATTEMPT TO PACKAGE ALL OF OUR ITEMS SO THAT THEY ARRIVE SAFELY AND NOT DAMAGED, HOWEVER, ACCIDENTS DO OCCUR. SHOULD YOUR ITEM ARRIVE DAMAGED,
PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED ITEM AND THE PACKAGING
IMMEDIATELY AND SEND THEM TO US THROUGH EBAY’S RESOLUTION CENTER. ITEMS SENT VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL INCLUDE UP TO $50 INSURANCE. HOWEVER, THE USPS NO LONGER REIMBURSES SHIPPING COSTS, THEREFORE YOU WILL ONLY BE REIMBURSED THE COST OF THE ITEM.
In the event the item arrives and it is not as described and/or damaged,
the return/exchange/request for a refund,

be completed within 30 days of the
PURCHASE DATE.
Therefore, the item should be opened/inspected upon receipt.

We frequently use templates from other sellers on eBay to list our items. That being said, it is possible that one or more “item requirements” (required by eBay) in the description could be incorrect (ie, pre-filled item details). If you have any doubts about what is in the listing, please ask! We will gladly clarify and correct if necessary.
The majority of our items are obtained from outside sources (ie, auctions, estate sales, yard sales, etc) therefore most items we do not know the history of (ie, pets in the home, home of someone who smoked, age of item, etc.). Due to the number of items that we obtain, it is not possible to test, clean thoroughly, or launder. We do our best to describe each item to the best of our ability and will note when we do in the description. Some items, especially those that require regular laundering (clothing, linens, and such) may have an odor or staining due to being stored for extended periods of time, as we do sell mostly vintage/antique items. Also, we do have pets in the home and we are tobacco users (we smoke). We make every effort to keep items out of the vicinity of both, but some items are safer kept in our home (climate controlled), than in our shop.
If you have any allergies/aversions to any kind of odors/smells/pets, please do not bid/buy.
Please be prepared to pay for your item(s) when the auction/sale ends. If item(s) are not paid for within 3 days, your purchase will be automatically canceled.
Most items are shipped immediately. All items are shipped within 3 business days of payment. We do not ship on weekends. We recycle shipping/packaging materials in an attempt to save on shipping charges. Shipping
